Workplace Innovation Network (WIN) Challenge
Organizer: Aspen Digital (Aspen Institute)
Due Date: Register by Dec. 11, 2025 5PM EST; Apply by Jan. 29, 2025 5PM EST
Grant Amount: $2.5 million to $5 million
The Workplace Innovation Now (WIN) Challenge is a new initiative that aims to discover and scale innovative ideas that will help women thrive and everyone win in a rapidly changing workplace. Each of the three WIN Challenge pillars listed below has $20 million to award up to eight awardees.

WIN Culture & Practices Challenge seeks trailblazing, evidence-based, and scalable approaches to address the key barriers women face at work and advance processes, standards, and norms.

WIN AI Challenge seeks bold, scalable solutions to address the impact and potential of AI in quickly evolving workplaces, from AI-powered solutions that help support women at work, to AI skill-building and solutions that mitigate bias in AI.

WIN Narrative Challenge seeks game-changing approaches to shape new narratives that help women thrive, including solutions that mitigate bias, celebrate women’s achievements in the workplace, or amplify positive and varied portrayals of what leadership can look like.

Trust in Practice Awards
Organizer: The Allstate Foundation & Aspen Institute’s Alliance for Social Trust
Grant Amount: Minimum of $100,000
The Trust in Practice Awards are open to 501(c)(3) nonprofits based within the United States and its territories. Eligible organizations are collaborating on new initiatives to build trust across local or virtual communities.
Grantees will join a national network dedicated to fostering trust through the Alliance for Social Trust’s programs and storytelling platforms. Additionally, award recipients will participate in the annual Trust in Practice Summit to celebrate the work of trust builders.

Girls Lead Program
Organizer: Illinois Council on Women and Girls

The Girls Lead program is accepting applications for girls in 5-12 grade to participate in a unique job shadow and mentoring opportunity. Selected girls will shadow a woman leader in state government to see the direct impact women make on Illinois.
